Better Battery life with my old cell phone

Bought the vacuum yesterday, charged it well over 13 hours. Charge may have lasted 15 mins. I figured this can't be right until I read the reviews. Someone in R&D needs to work on these batteries

Battery is worthless No Replacements

I used this for a little while and the battery died. I put it away....now trying to find a replacement battery and they do not supply replacements even though the instruction manual shows you how to replace the battery... that you cannot buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works well, but only for a couple of minutes

I bought this in 2016 but the battery never held a charge for more than 5 minutes. As time passed, the 5 minutes dropped significantly. Even after replacing the battery the vacuum works for less than a minute after it's been fully charged.
Also found that the bristles on the brush head warped out of shape very quickly and the bristle head keeps popping out of position with the slightest amount of pressure.
Emptying the chamber is messy as it contains dust and other particulate matter that does not easily dump into the trash without getting strewn about. Best practice is to empty the chamber while you are out of doors.

Battery is horrible!

This vacuum was a Christmas gift from my parents. They did their research and thought this was the best vacuum for me because I wanted something small and for my car. At first it worked great, but I noticed that after a few months the battery started to die sooner and sooner. One day I charged it overnight and went to use it in the morning but it didn't turn on. Now I am stuck with this useless vacuum and I feel so guilty throwing it away. I could not figure out how to buy or replace the battery. It is so sad that companies design products knowing consumers will just toss them after they stop working because they are unable to be repaired. Think about this- How many of these vacuums were produced? 10,000? 100,000? 1 million? Now think about how many will be thrown in the trash. All. Of. Them. And they won't biodegrade... they will just stay in the landfills forever.

Short Life

I only used my flex for vacuuming my vehicles and even doing that I had about 10 minutes to work before the batteries died out. Those 10 minutes then became 8, then 6, and now....nothing. I will certainly never buy one of these again. It really seems like a quality well made product but the batteries are not replaceable and they DO NOT LAST. Terrible engineering. It is sad that I need to go out and buy a new hand held vac (different maker) but it is even sadder that I have to toss this piece of equipment out after such limited use. Two stars is being kind!.

Convenient-YES, practical yes, need better battery

Since the first day I got this...battery takes 24-48 hrs to charge (little light goes out), runs about 13 minutes before battery is dead. Then another 24-48 hrs to charge it back up. FULL CHARGE...I unplug it...4 hrs later battery (w/o even running it) DEAD! FASTEST DRAINING BATTERY MADE!
But when its charged---works great on stairs...but it sure dies quickly.

Wonderful overall hand vac

Don't know when we purchased this vacuum but it is at least 8 years old and running strong! We don't use it like we would a regular vacuum. It works great for small area pick ups, furniture cushions, baseboard dust, air filter grills, auto interiors, tops of picture frames, doors, cabinets, crafts work, very light duty in the workshop etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best little vacuum ever

I bought this years ago and it is still doing a great job. Very handyvac. I use it to pick up around my work area and debri tracked into house.
Filter is easy to clean out and lasts a long time. In fact today will be my first filter change.
Has plenty of suction for small jobs and saves me from dragging out the shop vac.
