Overall really good- small design flaw

This microwave looks great and is really quiet. It heats things evenly. The only problem (and maybe this is just our particular microwave) is that to open the door of the microwave, you have to hit the open button and then wiggle the door out. The button doesn't fully open the microwave door. Other than that no complaints.

second one I buy, love the looks and appearance but for some reason the first one I bought broke after the one year warranty had expired. I really hope this new one I bought lasts me much more time because I love the way it looks on my kitchen with matching oven cook top and refrigerator!

Fits Like a Glove

I had an earlier model that served me well for 10 years. I had a hard time finding a replacement that fit the cabinet built for the original microwave. Finally, the dawned on me to look for the same model, and sure enough, Frigidaire's current model matches the earlier dimensions. That's Frigidaire. (By the way, it works great, too!)

Excellent features & beautiful design. This microwave is the best I've ever owned. It is easy to use & clean. The exterior is smudge proof which I love. We made the right choice!

Purchased this microwave along with the trim kit for an under-counter application, it looks and works great. Waited a year to write any reviews and it is a fantastic appliance. Love the pre-programmed settings, they are on the money with temperature and times for prepared foods. A breeze to clean, very quiet and twice the capacity of some microwave drawer units. It is part of a five appliance Frigidaire Professional Series kitchen I installed in an 1895 Victorian and I couldn't be happier. Bravo!

noisy microwave

I bought four new Professional Series appliances in January. The microwave was very noisy from the very first day. After about four months of being unhappy because it was so loud, I called for a service check. Indeed, it did have a faulty part. It is now much quieter and I am satisfied with the product.
