This makes me sore, but I keep at it! It's working like a charm! Like that it has soft grip handles, an is easy to assemble. ''UPDATE: This abb roller is amazing! I have lost 10 lbs just using it 2 Times a day, sometimes forgetting a day or 2. An my tummy has toned up. Back is stronger, an so is my arms an shoulders. Its almost Christmas now an I feel great!

exactly what you would expect from an ab roller, as long as you use it. No complaints from me, works as expected, durable enough.
