I love the phone

The phone wouldn't come on 1 months after I got and to go to apple and buy a new one

would be most helpful to have had info regarding how to set up phone, how to use its many features. do not like the keyboard in that one has to go back and forth to use letters and numbers. numbers should be at top of keyboard. the camera is not nearly as good as I'd thought it would be. also, volume is low even when turned to maximum. am disappointed for the price. it is a nice looking phone though and i do like the weight and feel of it. just needs to be more user friendly- or come with free lessons on how to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The phone is the best and easiest I've owned... This is my 5th iPhone in less than two years. The last 6 got eaten by a 5' bush hog. Phone is fast in every aspect and still moving us forward into the future!!!

I have been an Android user for years and never wanted to jump on the Apple bandwagon. After just two weeks of using the iPhone and getting used to all the features I do not know why I waited so long to switch. This is by far the best iPhone I have ever had. I will be an Apple user for life.
