Terrible

I am going to return this and I am sure I will take a loss on this. It keeps cutting out on Wi-Fi AND on the 4G plan, dropping calls, I sound like I'm in a tunnel with the voices bouncing back, I am NOT pleased with this. I don't even know why I switched from my Lg to this.

Features are ok

Too large to carry in your pocket. When on silent/vibrate the vibrate is not strong enough to feel it. If you want tons of features this is a phone for you, if you need a phone you can just use for work its not the best

New update froze my phone

I bought the Iphone6 plus some time ago and finally switched from android. Everyone said it doesn't freeze and other things that convinced me to buy it. Now I update my iPhone 6 Plus last Tuesday and haven't been able to use my phone properly since. It freezes for 30 minutes or more each time I try to use it. The buttons work fine sometimes. After hassling with trying to get another one sincerely last Tuesday I gave up and got the Samsung Galaxy 7. I don't believe I should pay for something's that sucks. No thanks.
