Horrible Battery Life...

I bought this about a month ago and I charge it every night and by 2pm the battery is at 20%. I don't think this is normal. Also the charger that came with the phone gives me a error that the device isn't compatible with the charger...WHAT? I had to go purchase a new charger.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
