Not very reliable. Camera would freeze when accessing shortcut, interface would freeze when attempting to answer a call, sometimes it would call but won't display the caller ID or the answer button. Design? Not really impressed. Apple used to WOW with their innovations, iPhones used to be more then just phones. Dear CEO!!! Get your stuff together and design some mind blowing gadgets.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Be sure to research before you purchase. Missing features like SD card and Media Player unless using ITunes. Low volume. I'd like to add some of my current cd's to play without using data. But, it's a nice phone.
