Great patio heater

We ordered this to help our extended family stay outdoors during the cooler months, especially during the COVID pandemic. This was easy to install and it is really nice looking. We love being outdoors in the cooler evenings now. Thank you!

Well designed, solid materials

The assembly process was well-designed. The instructions were clear and all of the parts well-packaged. Everything fit. The hardest part was filling the base with sand. It took approx 20 lbs of sand. The heater lights easily and throws off a lot of heat. I am happy with this product.

Instructions stated it would take 60mins to assemble. Instructions were setup with images and intuitive writing, assembled in less than 20 minutes.

Excellent heater for patio

This is an excellent heater. I bought it so we could continue seeing friends outside once the temperature drops. It gives off enough warmth for a group of 4. I also got the large saucer top and will put that on when it gets colder - this weekend. Note about assembly: I didn't assemble it myself. But a friend did and reports it's straightforward. Well constructed. I recommended it to 2 friends who agree with me.

Assembly Instructions great, heat output acceptabl

Purchased 2 of these Oct 2020. Assembly instructions were outstanding. All steps clear and numbered and had numbers related to the actual parts to be assembled.
Heat output acceptable but could have been a little greater.
The instructions say to screw regulator unto the Gas Hose but do not say to tighten firmly. This is required to prevent a gas leak. During leak check we found a leak at that place. We slightly re-tightened the connection which corrected the issue.

Solid Patio Heater

Quality was better than I expected and the assembly of the heater went smoothly. After assembly, the heater started perfectly on the 1st try. We have ordered the larger diameter reflector and a cover. It would be nice if the company sold the patio heater and larger reflector and a cover all as one optional package.
