We found it easy to put together. The directions were clear. Recommendations of putting it in the sun to get the plastic off really helped. Only used it once as a test. It seems to throw off a good deal of heat. Waiting for cooler weather so we can enjoy it.

Easy to assemble and very stable

I just purchased this and was able to assemble it easily. I purchased the sand for the base prior to starting the assembly. There were no problems and the heater started up on the first try.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought 4 of them a month ago to extend outdoor living during Covid-19. Not used them yet but was impressed on how clear the instructions were, unlike many other products that I have had to assemble over the past 6 months. So far so good...if they heat the patio as much as it touts, happy to change my review to 5 stars.
