My wife and I just purchased the commercial 46,000 BTU Mocha Fire Sense patio heater from Amazon. Took me about two hours to assemble, but I went slow, and instructions were easy. It’s nearly 8 feet tall, so I had my son help me on a step ladder to do the final assembly. Did the leak test, which passed. Then fired it up. It fired up the first time and really put out the heat. We just got it, so I can’t give good judgment about long term operations. But I’m very happy with it so far.

Set up instructions were surprisingly well written and accurate; (often, instructions for these types of products are indecipherable). All parts came in a blister pack with numbers referring to each step--a thoughtful addition. Haven't used it yet but it looks very good.

We love our patio heater!!! Comes in great help at our lake house on cooler evenings when outside sipping wine by the chat set!

Just purchased 2 of these heaters. The product was very easy to assemble. Parts were marked well and directions were clear. Lit the very first time we tried it. Looking forward to using it.
