Excellent Heater with Great Value

After a near death experience with my old deck heater, I researched and purchased this unit. Very simple to assemble which took me about an hour. I always read and follow directions so when it came to lighting the unit, I discovered instruction #3 says "Push in and turn the control knob half way between the HI and LO symbols. This is incorrect. Instead it should read; Push in and turn the control knob half way between the OFF and HI symbols. I can't wait for the cooler weather to come to my area.

Puts out a lot of heat!

Easy to assemble, clear instructions, lit on first try. Puts out a lot of heat. This is my second Fire Sense Patio heater and I am very pleased with it. Customer service was very good in sending me a replacement part on the ignitor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to assemble. Great heat.

I ordered this heater about a week ago. It arrived in 4 days. It only took me about half an hour to assemble on Saturday morning. That evening it lit immediately. It kept us warm with a glass of wine on the patio. It looks great and is easy to move around. We will get a lot of use out of it during the fall in New England.

I bought my patio heater 2 weeks ago and have been extremely happy with it. It heats our entire 21 foot deck. We love the looks of it and the fact that we can use our patio throughout the entire fall now.

Great product with small fix

Great product easily assembly except the top shield in which some of the screws were stripped making it tough add nut to them. Had to remove washer in order to do so. suggest adding longer screws. also shield is flimsy it came bent when shipped had to reshape but still not perfect as the pictures.

We are very pleased with this patio heater. It has a nice finish. It's sturdy and was simple to assemble. It puts out a good amount of heat. We use it on our patio to warm up after swimming in the evening. No problems at all. Wish everything in life were this easy!

I got this heater as a present the other day. I put it together and the instructions were good and the product went together smoothly. I have turned it on and it seems to work exactly as it should. I love the looks and the quality of the product. I did a lot of research on this and found that fire Sense is a great company and they make a great heater.
