I got this in February I feel like it takes the chill out of the air, so I can go out in the morning for a cup of coffee and at night I can have a glass of wine. I'll be able to use my patio longer because of this heater. My Dad also shortened it to fit under my patio overhang

Fantastic product! It looks great on our patio. Not a bright shiny stainless unit that you often see, but has style as well as function. Easy to use and gives off a nice amount of heat.
You can use water instead of sand in the base for weight. Only complaint is that the photos in the assembly directions were printed so dark as to not be helpful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received the product in great shape, unboxed it, and in roughly 1 hour had it assembled, took my time. Fired right up after I purged the line of air. Look forward to trying it out on Mothers Day.

I put this together today. It says about 60 minutes. It was no more than that and instructions and parts were perfect. Very happy with the assembly. Looking forward to lighting it up.

Bought this heater about a month ago and was very happy with the packing, the ease of assembly and quality. Have used it one time so far and it is a very effective heater. Would recommend this unit.

We particularly like the method used to attach the pole to the base - a heavy steel plate, welded to the pole, bolted to three legs of a steel tripod, the legs of which are bolted to the heater base. This heater safely tolerates being tipped when relocating it.
Also greatly appreciated is that the burner actually lights, with its pilot-less ignition.
All-in-all, a much better product than the heater we had been using.
