Good system but does not last / glitchy

I invested a lot in the system having bought additional contact and motion sensor. Then after about 1.5 years the cube base station intermittently started giving me what I call the red light of death. No matter what I did, it would not fully power up and connect to the network. It took a month of back and forth emails with support (which was actually very technical) to temporarily fix it. The solution was to jiggle the ethernet and plug in in and out like 10 times until it connected. This is not a joke, that was the only thing that worked (and was not a bad cable)
But the problem returned and eventually I gave up. No sitting to wait for this thing to go on sale so I can re-buy it. As much as I hate to give them more money, its a wasted investment if I can't use all the sensors.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s just belongs to garbage, don’t bother

I try to make this system working for two years now. Between soooo many false alarm, loosing connection with internet, poor Costner service and trying to rest this garbage piece of equipment, I’m giving up!! This system will never give you a peace of mind and make you feel safe. Try something else!!!!

Company is out of business as of January 10, 2021. Don’t buy this, even if on sale...
