I like the power levels and the position of that control button. Mixer starts slowly so ingredients don't going flying everywhere. On highest speed, I think it will mix just about anything.

I really love the mixer. It has 7 different speeds. I do not know if I needed them all but my old mixer did not even change speeds like it was suppose to. It is light weight.
