This mixer is easy to use and store. It works great for a quick mix such as whipped cream, cake mixing or anything that doesn’t require getting out the “Big Mixer” for bigger projects. Would highly recommend this mixer.

On the low speed it’s still pretty high and splatters stuff all over if you’re not ready for it . Also if you mix something really thick like peanut butter the motor will die. Just stick to thinner batters or foods and be prepared for the splatter on low.
