I've not used it yet, but the quality looks great. Only 3 stars due the packaging. WHY does the mixer, cord and manual have to be wrapped individually in plastic??? It came packaged securely in the box, no plastic was needed. A real environmental and monetary waste. PLEASE consider ditching the plastic, the product would arrive in great condition without it.

When whipping potatoes it spews them all over the counter, even when on the slowest speed. It also has a hard time breaking down all the food if it’s slightly underdone
