This Hand Mixer is awesome! It actually has 5 speeds and goes from low to very powerful!! I've been looking for one that has real power and speed and this is it! IF there is any drawback, it is a bit noisy on high speed...BUT...I will gladly have the noise because the mixer performs so well!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible -- Lowest Speed is Too Fast!

Very unhappy with this mixer. The lowest speed (1) is so fast that it's impossible to control ingredients (ie: sugar, butter, flour) from flying out of the mixing bowl on to the counter or one's clothing. I have tried giving several chances after the first use but it is so messy that I can't imagine being able to use. I even tried pre-mixing/stirring to avoid the mess. I shouldn't have to do that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is terrible. The slow speed is so fast that it shoots all the ingredients everywhere. I bought this for my son 4 years ago and he never used it because of that reason.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
