Terrible design

Replaced control board multiple times and it breaks the same way every time. Buttons stop working then you get ghost touching. Can’t get it to ever start

Washing Perfect

I truly loved that it used less water to wash clothes, was easier to load and unload for people like myself who are short. But it was a constant job keeping the section where you put the liquids in clean. Had to clean it after every wash day or it became clogged., and the back and underside would mold. The sealing ring around the door was always becoming molded with a mildew smell. So it too became a chore to spray with a mildew cleaner after the last wash load. The rubber ring needed drainage holes that would have drained the excess water or soap particles with maybe a funnel so the water would run back into the proper draining system. These were a gift @ Christmas 2012

I have all of the issues the previous reviewers wrote about. I can see why they discontinued this model. It acts like it's possessed when it is in the spin cycle. It shakes my entire house. It smells really bad when the rinse cycle or drain cylce is working. There is mold in everything: gasket, detergent holder, drain trap. It builds up every 2 weeks. And, now, the cycle just stops and the pause button lights up. When I push the button it just keeps repeating the same cycle over and over again and doesn't complete a full cycle. I should have returned this washer the month after I bought it.
