So far everything is great. This is my third TV this size, but both others I have had issues, with one after 14 mths being out of use now. The picture on this TV is better then both I've had before, one LCD, and Plasma. I watched a HD movie the night I set it up to see quality, but because the picture was so nice I ended up wathchig the whole movie again, even after seeing it 10/15 times before. It was like watching a movie through a window in my living room. I'm pretty big into this stuff, and must say as of now, I might buy another for my bedroom.

After shopping and viewing many. many different models, I decided on this one.
The picture is suberb, and appearance is excellent, and is very very user friendly more then any other TV I checked out and or have owned.
I am very pleased with this set and highly recommend it !!!!

We Purchased this tv for our new home. The picture quality is crystal clear and the sound is out of this world.TheRemote control is very easy to understand even our 7 year old can program what channels he likes. I would highly recommend this product.

The LG 55LH40 is an unbelievable LCD TV. This is the best purchase my family has made in a long time! The picture quality, product features, stylish looks, and incredible price made this the perfect choice of HDTVs. I am glad that we have a LARGE family room because the 55" screen is HUGE and makes us feel like we have our own home theater. The setup was easy for my husband to master with a little help from our son-in-law and daughter who had purchased an LG tv over a year ago and recommended it to us. Although we had to talk him into buying it, he is certainly sold on it now and we can hardly get him away from this TV when he comes home from a hard day at work. LG- you make awesome products- TVs and phones.

Low profile mounting

Wonderful TV, great picture, sound, etc. Only drawback is the location of the connectors on the back. I mounted this with a low profile mount over my fireplace. With the connectors being on the back it is near impossible to make changes. It has to be totally dismounted in order to reach them.

This TV is a great value for the price. I have been impressed with the features, easy of use, quality of picture, the SIZE, and the price. The matte finish screen reduces the glare present on so many competitors

Just purchased this 55LH40 Tv and could not be happier. The picture is just awesome. The features and set programs are very easy to use. I looked at all the other big names televisions but will not look back because I am totally stisfied with this purchase.

This Tv is by far the best value out there. I researched before buying and knew this was the best Tv for the price. It also made it easier for me knowing Consumer Reports rated it as a best buy. I have friends and family who also own LG's and none have had problems. The picture quality is amazing, like looking out a window.
