This Mixer was a long sought after gift! My husband, after 46 years of marriage purchased this mixer for me; Pro mixer with bowl lift, and in my favorite color:RED! What more would a girl want, this mixer is truly a kitchen aid.......it does everything but the dishes.

I purchased this mixer a couple of months ago and love how easily it mixes. I have arthritis in both wrists and could barely stir simple things...now my mixer does the hard work for me. It takes a little time to get used to the Pro mixer as the head does not retract but it works perfectly. The only complaint I have is it can be a little harder to attach the mixing paddle with ingredients in the bowl...with the lift head mixer, that is not an issue. I would definitely recommend this mixer!

Bought this a few months ago, replacing an older Kitchen Aid mixer to be able to get the whisk attachment. Took a little getting used to the raised bowl feature, but works very nicely. Only complaint is that when beating small quantities with the whisk it doesn't get the batter/ingredients at the bottom of the bowl. Otherwise, love my new red mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am the one between me and my wife who enjoys baking the most, I love making special treats for the entire family during the holidays and making cheesecake for the kids birthdays, and the KitchenAid mixer is a HUGE help with this. I love how versitile the machine is allowing me to mix ingredients while I work on other steps of the baking process. It really is a time saver and an arm saver, it especially makes it much less work than mixing everything by hand. I also added a splatter shield with a built-in pouring tray that keeps everything inside the mixing bowl when there are alot of ingredients that could potentially make a mess. We also have the pasta attachment that allows me to make my own homemade pasta noodles which i recently purchased and plan on using very soon. I love how many amazing accessories the mixer has and the way it looks on our counter just makes it even better. If you don't have one yet, or if you are considering purchasing one, I can tell you that the "bowl-lift pro" model was an amazing investment to us and we absolutely love it.
