Works Effectively Even Installed at Max Height

Purchased four months ago. I installed at the maximum recommended height of 30" from stovetop and the unit exhausts effectively. Somewhat loud on the highest setting, but four fan speed options available. Handsome styling and easy to operate.

Fan is TOO LOUD!!!!

This hood does a fine job of venting and lighting, HOWEVER when you read other reviews saying it is too loud, BELIEVE IT! I avoid using it for this reason. Also, the controls are difficult to use. The fan is too loud to hear the beep indicating you are changing the fan level. A positional switch, or something that visually indicates the level would be better. What would be even better is having a lower setting available for the fan!! SO disappointed!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is awesome, It has 5 speeds for the fan speed, and 2 different brightness on the lights. Go ahead and cook fish, or burn something, this vent will suck it up in no time.. just watch your shirt sleeves! LOL... The only bad part is the installation of the top, be careful as it could scratch.

Awesome Hood vent

I'd recommend this to anyone that is upgrading their kitchen. I have this installed in my new home and so far it has been great. This vent takes out a lot of smell when cooking and definitely powerful enough to take the heat out of your home. Its crazy, but it works! It has adjustable fan settings and lighting as well as the great looks of it. =)
