Antivirus activation # did not work for first computer and then email about it disappeared to try again for 1st computer AND for 2nd computer's activation. HP laptops were for grandchildren for school... what I do to download the McAfee antivirus? Can you send email again? At this time would NOT recommend since was not possible download.

My McAfee 1 year service started before I received my computer. I just installed McAfee on 9/8/2020 and also lost 1 month of a trial that comes with the new computer. I feel I was shorted service time and that was a waste of resources and money. I would not recommend buying this product when you do not have your new computer immediately.

I have absolutely zero need or desire for a McAfee trial. There's no option to NOT add the "free trial" on to the order. I know this is probably due to some sort of agreement between HP and McAfee, but I wish it weren't so.
