Pro: Easy to choose because my HP laptop suggested i renew and gave me a discount.
Con: It has a lost device feature that is supposed to audibly alarm if activated. I tested it, an It rarely works.

Download was fairly easy in a moderate bandwidth environment. The software recognized that I had a trial version of McAfee loaded and it removed it and loaded the paid for version without conflict. I haven't used the LiveSafe software enough yet to rate the actual software performance.
