[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this shortly after I purchased an Omen by HP 17" laptop computer. Initially, I had elected to use additional licenses that I had available for ZoneAlarm Extreme Security, however, I immediately discovered fatal conflicts between ZoneAlarm and both the Omen Command Center and also with the HP Hardware Diagnostics. After extensive support sessions with both HP and ZoneAlarm's support technicians, the conflict with ZoneAlarm remains. Thus, I purchased McAfee LiveSafe and upon uninstalling ZoneAlarm and installing McAfee LiveSafe, all of the conflicts were completely resolved. It was disappointing that I had to forfeit the majority of a 2 year prepaid license to ZoneAlarm Extreme Security, but it is far more important to me to have both the security and smoothly running systems.
