Only complaint is that the letters/numbers on each key are difficult to distinguish unless the keyboard is at the right angle. Bright silver keys with or without the white backlight not always easily discernible.

In general the laptop is fine and competitively priced. I have found no major issues and it has 4 USB outlets which is generous. It is fast enough with i7 and 12 MG of memory.
On the negative side the screen is a bit close to being washed out (it is matte and needs more color pop), the sound is only OK and the keyboard is terrible, being imprecise/mushy and the flat keys are hard to work with. We had an HP laptop years ago which had an excellent keyboard, but now they all want to copy Apple’s flat keys but with low quality. Also, the screen is a bit too wide and low for my personal taste. Unfortunately, the computer took 2 weeks to arrive at my house.
In sum, this computer is produced at a competitive/attractive price and it shows it in terms of just good enough to get by but not impressive quality. I am reasonably content with the purchase, but would probably buy another model again due to the screen and keyboard.
