Bad wheels and axels

As a general vacuum, the wheels camber inward at the top and drag along the housing side, due to very cheap plastic axles. Now the vacuum is worthless as it's impossible to push. And i don't think I even have 50 hrs on this vacuum.

This has been the greatest vacuum cleaner I have ever owned... am now currently on this site to see if i can find replacement parts for pieces that have gotten broken.... I have had this vacuum for almost 5 years and it has never failed me until one of the parts (the collection cup) got broken in moving.
