I hate this washing maching!

This washing machine has performed poorly since the day I bought it. No wonder it is no longer in production. It does NOT clean my clothes. They come out with lint all over them, and I can only wash a few things at a time. Wish I had my 25 year old machine back!

Does not rinse well, not gentle with clothing (small holes/tears appear on older clothing). Selected because of capacity, but I would have been much happier with a samller machine that actually rinsed the dirt out of my clothes! Every time I do my laundry elsewhere, my clothes are noticeably whiter/cleaner. I wish I had the $$ to replace this machine ASAP.

Don't buy this machine, it will not fill all the way up..Even if you have a full load, you will only get half of tub of water...I hate this washer...

This machine is the worst. Lint all over my clothes after I have washed them. A waist of money....I see why they have discontinued it. In the meantime I have this machine that sucks....I need a new washer ASAP.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer new and it does require that you read the manual thoroughly and use HE detergent. It is much quieter than our previous washer and our clothes come out just fine every time. It holds a lot of clothes; but you have to pack it according to the manuals guidelines. It's not rocket science, it's new technology. It really gave us the biggest bang for the buck.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am very disappointed with this washer. I dont understand how the drum can be 18" deep and the water never fills more than 8" .

what a waste of money.....clothes come out covered in lint and detergent residue(I switched to liquid detergent but didn't help). Want white whites?? You won't get them with this machine. I will avoid GE appliances from now on.
