I haven't put it in as yet as the replacement comes with all kinds of info on how to return the used cartridge but ZERO info on how to disarm the replacement and place it in the machine.
Too much to ask?

I use this in my home office. Works great for labels and regular day to day printing. Easy to remove old cartridge and replace new.

The pack that I just received I have only opened magenta, it is good.
But I bought another pack months ago and the magenta does not work. The display says used with no indication of ink. I have never had this happen before. I would like a replacement of magenta.
