Gorgeous & Quiet!!

I chose this refrigerator because it was recommended by Consumer Reports as a best buy. It has a sleek look and is extremely quiet. Ice maker and water dispenser work great and ice is ready unbelievably fast. For a relatively small refrigerator(as most counter depths that fit in a standard opening tend to be) it is very roomy. I do wish it had room to hold 1/2 gallon to gallon size cartons on both doors rather than just one side but the water/ice dispenser make this impossible. However, the shelves adjust very easily. Freezer compartment is well organized with two small drawers on top that slide back easily to allow you find things stored in the bottom drawer. My only complaint is that in order to open the meat/cheese compartment, both French doors must be open. I've not had this refrigerator long, but am very happy with it and would recommend it.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, very quiet

HATE my new refrigerator

We have had to have service twice in only first 8 months. Problems with the freezer door not closing correctly the first time caused ice build-up. It's leaked water from the bottom again twice with no sign of ice build up and has caused damage to our floor. The store we purchased it from keeps telling us we're not closing it properly. It shouldn't be this hard to tell if it's closed correctly! Also, one issue that is a personal preference thing is that in the counter depth model, the ice maker is so small that it doesn't keep up with our needs. We had to buy bagged ice in the summer to make ice tea. We frequently run out of ice even now in the autumn.
Pros: looks nice
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

23ft French door refrigerator

Love this Only complaint is the exterior scratches easily. Have had many black appliances and never had experienced this before. Would have given 5 stars if that for this problem, other finishes may be better.

We very much like the Samsung refrigerator, all the features are easy to use. They were easy to learn to use and understand their funcations.
