An excellent alternative to the expensive weights -These are fantastic and are a great value at this price point. They are well constructed and provide a fairly accurate rating for perceived weight. I would not hesitate to buy these again if necessary.

Very impressed - Bands offer great resistance and are high quality. I was pleasantly surprised when I got them. Comes with a list of different exercises you can do with them.
