Samsung 64" class plasma 500 series

We purchased a Samsung 64" class Plasma 5500 series TV with the sound bar. We loved the 3D and the smart features. Unfortunately the screen broke after 2 weeks and we are unable to get it repaired. Appears that this is a common issue so unable to review long time features.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: screen broken
I would recommend this to a friend!

Was a good TV until the issues started

Purchased this TV 10 months ago. About 3 months ago it started having issues that would cause me to have to try and turn it on 3-4 times before it would come on. Within the last month it will no longer turn on and have not been able to use it for a month.
Was also sold on this being a "smart tv" . It does not have much in the way of a smart tv.
I would not buy again if I had the chance.
