A got this cordless electrolux for quick floor pick- ups. At first it worked well, but then I noticed the charge didn't last that long. Then, the battery indicated it was fully charged, but when I tried to use it died after 5 seconds. Been in a corner since them, and I don't know what to do with it. If I knew a new battery would do the trick, I'll get a new one, but after reading the rewiews, now I know it wasn't my fault to overcharged the battery, almost everyone had the same problem with it. Electrolux should give us our money back or replace batteries for free.

This product is not worth the money. Problem is the battery pack. After few uses, the battery dies or loses so much power vacuum does not work. To replace battery pack costs almost as much as the vacuum. Just sitting in the closet right now doing nothing. Cant even give it away as is.

Lack of power

I have had 2 of these vacuums. They last about 6 months then they lose suction. It is a piece of junk. I don't know how to get it fixed and if i do will it work. I suggest you stay away from this product.

When the first one I bought stopped working, I bought another, thinking that the first one was a fluke. Shame on me! The second one has stopped working as well. It no longer holds a charge. I can't believe they are still selling this product.

Don't waste your money!

My family has used Electrolux vacuums for over 65 years. I have my mom's canister vac which is about 65 years old. When we moved I could not bring it along. So I went and bought this Ergorapido. It barely lasted a year. The power is so low it cannot not suck up anything. I am truly disappointed and saddened. Don't waste your money try to upgrade if you are a die hard Electrolux fan.

This product has a great design..but the battery charger doesn't keep the vacuum with a strong charge. Very very disappointed ..we bought 2 of these, one for home and one for work..

only good for about a year

I bought this vacuum a little over a year ago and really loved it at first. It was great, loved the swivel and versatility of the 2 in 1 design. Unfortunately I'm throwing the unit away today because it no longer holds a charge. I've read countless reviews that say the exact same thing. If you want a vacuum that lasts longer than a year, maybe two this is not the one to buy. Very disappointed!
