I need to read the manual for information about the different trays and how to best utilize them. The water and ice cubes are a joy for me to use and I am drinking more water than I did before. I like the refrigerator very much and am happy with its appearance.

I always wanted a side by side fridge but never found one that I liked. We finally saw this model and we decided to give it a try. After having it in our home for a few days....I fell in love with it. It has plenty of storage space. The see thru drawers are awesome! I love the humidity controlled drawer. I have actually kept vegetables in there and they stay fresh! The water/ice in the door was a good selling feature for my family. We drink lots of water daily and it is easier to use this feature than to store a water pitcher inside. The less you open the door, the better. I will recommend Whirlpool to my friends/family.

Good quality but a little small

I bought this refrigerator model after another model did not fit properly in the opening in the kitchen. The ice and water dispensers work well however this model is smaller and does not hold as much as I hoped for.

Good, solid fridge

I've owned the refrigerator for about 12 years now. Just recently the ice maker stopped working otherwise it's been a reliable fridge. It may be an easy fix but we decided to stay with whirlpool and upgrade to the French door model. Will probably keep this one in the basement for extra storage.
