Pees all over the kitchen every 7-10 days

The refrigerator does a great job of keeping things cold/frozen. The sound level is acceptable as well.The problem is that every 7 to 10 days, water leaks all over the kitchen floor from the filter area. It doesn't matter if the filter is new or old, you're not too far away from a wet kitchen floor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ice maker quit working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in March 2010 and being disabled the ice maker was my reason for picking this refrigerator. Ice maker has not worked for over a year now.
