simple things make this an unpleasant appliance

We have owned our electrolux microwave for only about 14 months, using it only moderately during that time, and the light bulb already burned out! While this early burn out of a bulb was mildly aggravating (since it took 8 years for our last non-electrolux microwave to have a failed light bulb) the real aggravation was the fact that it is impossible to change the darn bulb yourself without completely de-installing the microwave, buying a special tool for the special screws, and disassembling it!!! Incredibly ridiculous design. Very unhappy with this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful product and wonderful company. Flawless execution, reliable, beautiful, silent. Have no complaints. Does what it is supposed to do and does it well.
