I bought the Electrolux model EW26SS65GS which, I believe, is the earlier version of this model. The icemaker produces ice so slowly that I often have to purchase extra ice. The three storage drawers in the refrigerator section get so cold, even though I've adjusted the controls to the warmest setting, that fruit, vegetables, cheese and meat often freeze -- especially in the back of the drawers. I have owned several refrigerators of various makes over the years. This Electrolux is, by far, the most expensive and poorest performing I've ever experienced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
