This 37 lg is perfect for a bedroom. It's very easy to set up and i like that you can control the energy comsumption. The picture is beautiful without HD service. My 42in. is beautiful too but the sound on my 37in seems better. I will always choose LG over others.

I did not start out looking for an LG LCD TV but when I saw this TV I could not believe my eyes! The picture was so sharp and crisp and the audio was great for the bedroom where we wanted to use the TV. Surely this TV was going to be expensive but when we learned it cost less than the brands / models we were considering we were amazed. We immediately took it home and set it up. It worked flawlessly right out of the box. We did experience a little unstable picture once in awhile but once we upgraded to class 3 HDMI cables everything was great! I would certainly recommend this TV to everyone.

Easy & Beautiful

This is my first LG product, and I couldn't be happier with it. Setup was quick and painless, got it hooked up to my High Def DVR easily. One connection and 3 button presses and I was watching beautiful HDTV. The Picture Wizard makes it easy to get perfect colors, while still being able to fine tune it with advanced video settings.
The ability to name your inputs is useful. I have an XBox360, Wii, DVD player, and DVR hooked up. Each input has it's own settings, so if you like your movies to look different than your games, it's simple. The sound is pretty good compared to the "tinny" and flat sound of other LCD TV's.
My only problem is that the audio seems to go out of sync sometimes on HD channels. I contacted LG and they are sending someone out to repair it in only 2 business days. They even gave me the option of choosing morning or afternoon (so i'm not waiting at home all day). Excellent customer service so far. The entire conversation was less than 5 minutes. I have a problem, they offer to send someone to fix it and we're done. My most pleasant customer service call ever. =)

I t took me a while to purchase an HD TV. I also had limitations on the TV's size. When I saw the good looks and viewed the picture quality of the 37 inch LG, I was sold. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase. I am not yet an expert on changing the many features to my eye, but the literature will help me get there.

I was searching for a new TV for my bedroom with a 40 inch in mind. I ended up buying this TV and i am so glad i did. After i adjusted the sound settings i have no issues what so ever with this TV. It is the perfect size and has a beautiful picture. The TV has alot of options for setting it up the exact way you want it with the ability to save your settings that you choose

I bought the LG based on reviews on the internet. I am not disappointed. Set up was easy and the high definition on satellite is phenominal.

Great value for tv addicts! With today's commercials we especially enjoyed the automatic sound leveler. The programming customization is applicable for our varied viewing and exceeds everyone's needs.

LG is a great brand, no matter what the specific item is. Tv, phones, blu ray players, air conditioner, etc. I own all of those items from them, and every single item is great.
The best feature on this television is the 'Simplink' thing.... when you have many additions to your tv, such as the vcr/dvd combo, the blu ray player, Xbox 360... and whenever you power one of those other items on, the tv automatically changes the input to the corresponding one, so you don't have to remember which input setting to go to each time.
Great tv, great picture... no problems.
