The bags I ordered were not available . I explained to the rep that I was out and lived in a rural area where bags were not available. She said she would see what she could do. Two days later a Fed Rx truck pulled up and delivered my bags. There was no charge for the overnige shipment. Hooray for Hoover !,,,

Horrible customer service and order follow up. I bought this item over 15 days ago. At the moment of placing the order, the website stated it was on stock. Now when I checked to follow up. it says is out of stock and doesn't specified even a probable shipping date or if the item is discontinued. Extremely disappointed. Very good vacuum, a nightmare to find the replacement bags. Can't even find after market replacement. Done with Hoover, cancelling order, throwing vacuum to the trash and buying a Dyson, so don't have to deal with bags.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After buying knock off bags for the past year, I finally bought the Hoover bag for my Hoover vacuum. What a difference. Well worth the effort to get the bag 'made' for my vacuum.

In the day and age of Obamacare and forms and paperwork, I was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity of ordering Hoover vacuum bags. It was just all too easy. I think the management and information technology team are communicating, and the marketing director is involved. Probably Hoover is a good stock investment, because it seems to beat all expectations.

These are truly excellent filters. We have a dog that sheds a lot and vacuuming is done at least twice a week in our home to pick up dog hair and any dander. This is a powerful vacuum. And the filters work wonderfully.
