I prefer to use genuine Hoover vacuum cleaner bags to ensure that the Hepa capability is retained. When examining other bags the inferior quality is readily apparent. Whenever shopping on-line I am always suspicious whenever the price is extremely low and they show photos of Hoover packaging. I read the comments from previous buyers. When buying from Hoover I get a good price and know I am getting the real thing!

The bags have never showed up, nor has there been any correspondence to say why not (our credit card has not been charged), but I can't find any way in any of the correspondence to ask why not or have them shipped. Nevertheless, I got this asking me to evaluate them!
