The bags I ordered were not available . I explained to the rep that I was out and lived in a rural area where bags were not available. She said she would see what she could do. Two days later a Fed Rx truck pulled up and delivered my bags. There was no charge for the overnige shipment. Hooray for Hoover !,,,

The vac bags are wonderful. They keep the animal hair, dirt, dust, polls, ect all in the bag. The best part is when removing vac bag it closes so what's in doesn't get out.
