I was very pleased with the product. However, the product (2 small boxes) took 3 weeks to get to my house. This is far too long when I needed them much sooner.

Love it - too high pitched

Bought the set when it first came out - wonderful, however, the extremely high pitch of the small carry-around vacuum is hard to take for too long.
