Have had this hand vac with HEPA filters for a year. Like the fact that it filters out the tiniest particles and pet dander, etc. Quality appliance. Difficult to find the filters, except by online purchase through Hoover, which were conveniently shipped to me.

Had I known I would have to buy the bags for my Windtunnel vacuum thru the internet it may have been a different outcome buying the vacuum, with that said, I do like the bags and the vacuum, but will never again buy another vacuum that I cant buy the bags at the store.

Over the years, we've had several vacuums, some bagless, some oldies, and they've all invariably had to be replaced. Finally broke down and spent a little more money for the Hoover Platinum Collection and it's the best BY FAR we've ever owned!
