[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Versatile, can hold lots of dirty dishes of various sizes and shapes. The upper basket can be raised or lowered depending on sizes of dishes to be washed. However, the mechanism for raising and lowering the upper basket prevents baking sheets and racks from fitting vertically along the sides of the lower basket. By lowering some of the tines in either the upper or lower baskets, baking sheets and racks can fit at a sloping angle, but then they take up more area and limit how much else can be loaded. This is the only negative aspect; otherwise, it's a great machine. We are glad we purchased it.

Cons: can't fit baking sheets and racks along sides.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised to discover how long it takes to run a full cycle, much longer than our old Kitchen Aid. I like many features of this machine, including the stainless steel interior and the positioning of the racks and silverware tray. The one big disadvantage is how hard it is to add an item after the cycle has started. Another drawback is the lack of a timer/delayed start on this unit.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: difficult to add item once cycle has started

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 17 year old dishwasher finally quit. My wife and I had to re-educated ourselves as we started our search for a new dishwasher. The things that were most important to us were;
1) It must get the dishes clean and not require we rinse them prior to putting into the dishwasher.
2) No cleaning (must have a food chopper - no screen)
3) Quiet operation

We love our new dishwasher - It does a great job cleaning the dishes, it chops food particles and rinses them out through the drain. The machine is very quite and caused us to stand by and listen to ensure it was actually cycling.
The only thing we aren't real crazy about it the delay option. The machine has one delay option which is a 4 hour delay. We would like a 1 hour delay option or better yet, an option to set the delay time. The reality is, the machine is so quiet we have just started to run it whenever it is needed.
We are very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend this product.

Cons: only 1 delay option of 4 hour delay
