I was gifted this oven by my uncle 5+ years ago and it’s still going strong. This is 100% a must have forever, so much quicker than using the regular oven or microwave. They make great gifts too.

I was having problems with the On Of switch for my Smart oven, so I sent it over for repairs

I was having trouble with the On Of switch for my Smart oven, so I sent it over for repairs since it was still working good and I was sent back a brand new oven, {for a fee) same model . Basically I bought a new oven at a discount price , but I'm happy, since I use it all the time and is very reliable.

I had my old Breville SmartOven for 8 years but it finally gave up and died. The print on the screen stopped working and there is no way to fix it. The replacement is working great. It was tough to go two weeks without it until the replacement came. Everything is good now!
