My only problem is I can't clean the fan area inside it is caked with grease and so gross. Been using mine for 5 years instead of oven! Wish there was a slightly larger one:heart:ï¸

FANTASTIC OVEN

we built fabulous house,,, lovely big oven in kitchen BUT takes too log to heat up,,,,,,so we bought the Breville smart oven,,, now I really cook,,, and mean cook and bake,,, this oven is a real work horse,,, if we have to replace every four five years would do so,,,, just one complaint,,, cleaning ,,, need to come up with an idea for the inside so that one could use oven cleaners........

Two years and the fan went...

The same problem as above; two years and the fan died. It first made a loud noise, then stopped working altogether. For the price paid, it should work a lot longer that two years!!!

Very Good but not Great

I use this little oven just about every day. I have it for six months and it's been reliable thus far. In it I cook, cookies, pizza, bread, toast, reheat leftovers, biscuits, and roast veggies.
The good - it's super easy to clean. It heats quickly. The controls are clear and simple. It does every bit as good as my pizza stone and full sized oven for making pizza.
The bad - I have a few complaints. The thing this toaster oven does the worst is, ironically, toast. On a 6/7 darkness selection you get medium cooked toast. And it's takes several minutes. It doesn't brown as evenly as Breville depicts. I do have to open it up while cooking and turn whatever I'm cooking at least once. Which, sucks for toast, which is hot and not on a rack. Not a huge deal, but it's not the perfect golden even toasting depicted. The rack has a bit of a lip and it's hard to remove a hot pizza tray using using a hot pad. Finally, it's not quite tall enough to bake a full sized loaf of bread if you get much rise. This sucks because it actually bakes the bread well, I just need another inch of height.
Of note, the top of the oven gets super hot.
Overall, and despite my few complaints, I really like the oven. So far the purchase was worth it.

We bought ours over seven years ago and it has been the best kitchen purchase ever. We bought it because we were renting and the stove went out and have been amazed how well it works. You can tell the build quality just by opening the door, solid as a rock
