I am really happy with this oven. It was an upgrade for me and I am so glad I did it. They also have great customer service when and electrical issue at my house blew up my brand new oven

great until it caught fire today

I loved my oven, worked perfect, easy to clean, until it caught fire today. Flames were protruding from the closed door. Fortunately, I was in the kitchen, had I not been chances are, we could have lost our kitchen, I purchased this oven on 5 May 2020. Way too much money for an appliance to last such a short time.

TERRIBLE TOASTER OVEN

We now have bought 2 of these toasters and now both have broken. We managed to get a new fuse for one but it is now broken again. Definitely not worth the money!

I use it to warm leftovers. It's especially good fot pizza or anything with bread. The microwave makke the bread soggy and chewy, this doesn't.

Although our Smart Oven was a few months out of warranty, Breville had no problem replacing our unit. It was our second and the first lasted 5+ years. I respect and will continue to support any company which stands by their products
