If you’re cooking for 1 to 4 people, you won’t need to turn on your big oven with this. It does EVERYTHING well. Be on the lookout for ovenware that will fit into it. I’ve now got several covered bakers, a stoneware gratin and sheet pans that fit nicely and I use it 4 -7 days a weeks. Breville’s customer service is amazing as well!

I love this oven! My regular oven is loud and takes a long time to preheat. This oven heats quickly and evenly and I use it almost daily. It was a lifesaver in the heat of summer.
