I bought this model 10 years ago and use it for everything and easily 4 or 5 times a day!
Never had a problem, still looks brand new. I will immediately buy another one when this one eventually stops. Easy to clean, I put the pans in the dish washer. Tray in the bottom slides out for easy cleaning too. Bought one for my daughter who is a terrible cook but she also loves it. So easy to cook easy simple meals. Hers is 6 years old and still no problems. I highly recommend, well built and excellent quality!

Good unit

I have used this smart oven for several years now, so far so good. The on off switch is a little touchy sometime, so I always double check it to see if it worked, it does most of the time. The oven has a cold spot left rear, when the air is not on, but all in all it functions just the way I would want it to. l use it constantly for baking, toasting, pizzas and frozen goods works great. I don't remember how long I've had this but approximately 4 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love this oven. I use it for toasting and baking. My nine year old is able to make his own pizza since he can reach it butter than the wall oven. I also put cinnamon rolls on top and turn the oven on so they will rise faster. I HIGHLY recommend this oven!!

Two issues

Great oven until:
1. The door opening assist started an awful scraping noise when opening and closing. It has the effect of fingernails on a chalkboard. (You have to be over fifty to grasp the allusion)
I disassembled the unit and tried to find a way to repair the offending appendage to no avail
2. The start stop button started to malfunction several months ago. It will turn itself on at inopportune times and enter a cycle of start and stop as rapid as a machine gun. So now we have to plug the unit in to use it and unplug it afterwards. It worked fine for a year. Another fine example

Nice while it works

My wife loves her oven when it works.
Our oven suddenly died this morning while my wife was preparing lunch.
This happened several time in the past.
Being tired to have to remove a thousand screws to replace the thermal fuse, I bought a new one, my wife insisted on a Breville, if not I would have buys a different brand.
This is the third one I buy.
The last one lasted about 5 years.
Why not use a resettable thermal fuse or to use a better one or the make access to it much easier.
This is the last Breville oven I buy, never again.

Excellent service. This is 2nd replacement of the unit in 5.5 years, the 1st under purchase card extended warranty, this 1 after credit card payment. This is a great unit, though I would believe that it should last linger than 2.75 years, since it not our primary cooking device (oven & microwave). The unit functions great. I give the unit 4 stars since this is third unit in relatively short period of time. Customer service is great, although delivery was delayed for over a week due to availability of replacement unit (new).
I would recommend this to a friend!
