Still now support for defective oven out of warranty!

Adding to my previous review as I have an audio file now that I'm happy to send along if you contact me. It's terrible and so loud we can not use the oven any longer. Breville refuses to replace because it's out of warranty but a definite defect. Want to hear, just let me know.

This Smart Oven is wonderful for a young couple, a family, and for Seniors. We fall in the last category. We use it multiple times a day, for toasting, baking, reheating, making fresh pizza (I got a pizza stone that fits), for crisping/air baking. For two people it can bake a lasagna, bake a single level cake or brownies, toast 6 slices of bread or English muffins...In other words, I don't need my large oven very often. But it's BIG, and can handle when our Lake ouse if full to the brim with adults and children.

We really enjoy our Breville smart oven. We purchased it as an alternate to using our large built in oven for the two of us. We use the smart oven nearly every day. It makes great toast, roasted veggies, even pizza and larger items. Breville customer service is excellent. When we sent our oven in for a repair they sent us a new oven since they were unable to fix it.

Like other reviews have stated, the convection feature just simply stopped working. It sounded like a plane trying to take off in my kitchen with convection activated, but quiet as a mouse when in normal mode. Product should definitely last longer for the price point.

Breville Toaster oven

We bought this Breville Toaster oven about two years ago. When we use the oven feature, it makes a horribly loud grinding noise. Really disappointing because this was an expensive product. It is embarrassing to use it in front of company. I would definitely not recommend this product. For the price it should not make this noise!
