The unit is great. When you toast toast it is toasted on both sides. The magnetic side out tray works great. The added feature of a light makes the unit operation perfect

Loud fan - dying

This is a replacement oven as the first one had a very noisy fan right from the start when new. The replacement has always made some sound, but now it is very noisy and sounds like it is slowing down and will soon seize up.
Very dissatisfied and disappointing for such an expensive toaster oven.

This little fellow we rely upon three or four times daily! It is as good for toasting bread as cooking a pizza or baking s salmon dish. And so easy to use and a space saver as well.

Great counter top oven, purchased a second one for our vacation home.

After enjoying our Breville oven in our home, we bought a second one for our vacation cabin. It does the job so well that we hardly ever use the regular ovens. We did not closely look at the specifications, however, and it turns out that the second one does not come with a light. We get along without it, but be careful to check his item if you buy one.

Just got the smart oven. So far I am happy with it. My only complaint is there are no recipes for this oven. There are lots for the smart oven air fryer, but not for this oven. So you are on your own to adapt recipes for other ovens.

I love it BUT..temperature is 40 degrees off

I have had this for four years….model BOV900. I noticed food was taking longer to cook. Stuck an oven thermometer in it and found it is 40 degrees off well after the pre-heat beep. That’s a lot! I cannot find how to adjust this and would like to.
