We are living this Oven! Its amazing how much it fits and I love that I can make adjustments on the fly to get my Toast or other baked goods perfectly browned.
My wife lives that we don't have to heat our main Oven to make many of the things we normally do, like Tenderloins, Pizzas, Fish, etc.
So happy we finally got our Breville after having read about them for years.

Avoid!
Shortly after purchase front panel buttons intermittently do not respond (need to press multiple times) or triggers other functions. Lived with it for a while then the heating tube intermittently do nothing even though timer says it is running. Unfortunately tried to get fixed after warranty lapsed, and repair cost almost as much as buying new unit.

This little oven is terrific! I roast vegetables in it almost every night. We use it for toast and bagels. We cook personal pizzas in it. Couldn’t ask for a better stove. I recommend it to all my friends.

Less than 18 months of light use - tripping breaker

My biggest regret is throwing away a 5 yr old toaster oven that worked without issue.
This Breville looks great and was a pleasure to use but now it's just a paper weight & a reminder that reliability just isn't common anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had a repair issue for a Breville smart oven I have had for a number of years. I contacted Breville customer support and received all the assistance I could have wanted. The support team were efficient and kept me informed throughout the process. My oven could not be repaired so Breville replaced it.
In the interim, I used a different manufacturer’s oven and realized how much I relied on my Breville smart oven for so many features
The Breville smart oven is a workhorse, and Breville support and customer service can’t be beat.
